I just tried it out for about 5 minutes now and this is my initial impression: The interface updates have been made in the wrong direction. The new task bar at the bottom is very ugly and huge. Other subtle items, such as task bar popups and things are really designed poorly and look terrible.

It's not the DVD drive. It runs everything else fine. As I said, I copied the files from the CD to the hard disk and I still get the same behavior.

I wanted to install D3 on my XP machine, but the Setup.exe (and the Descent3AutoRun.exe) won't run from the CD (nor will they run if I copy the files to my hard disk.) Is there a solution to this?

All the forums I've visited have extremely limited instructions on how to get it working once the files are finally on the xbox. My questions are:

1. Where can I download it? All the forums I've been to talk about it, but have no download link.
2. Once it's downloaded, how do I get it on to my xbox?
