Programmatic / mathematics problem

Okay, this is a real-life scenario for the software my team and I are developing at work. Nope, it's not a homework assignment. ;) Let's say I have a total: 21.30 I need to take the numbers out of this list: 10.03, 9.50, 7.10, 7.10, 7.10, 5.20, 4.11 To get to the closest number that matches the tota...

Enjoy.

P.S. If someone can show me how, I would definitely like to post a YouTube HD video, but I have no idea how to do it. Thanks.

I snagged a Gateway FX P-7805u for $1,100.00 and could not be happier. With a second HDD/RAID-0, laptop cooling pad and the ability to run two monitors without a docking station; it more than meets my requirements as a desktop replacement. It is nice to be able to play games while on the go and have...

Recommend a good USB keyboard?

I've had bad experiences with lame multi-key support for gaming. I'd be grateful if anyone would recommend one that has great speed+multi-key-press support.

Thanks!

Still thinking about this... it would be really interesting to see this: Conduct the experiment without observing, and again while observing, but instead, bounce the light back off a mirror and see what happens. During observation, does the interference pattern return after the light is reflected? N...

Fellows I used to work with (6 months ago) only knew Microsoft Access and VBScript. I spent months trying to tell them how important it was to get caught up and learn new technologies (.NET/C#/Java/PHP/whatever). I gave them free C# lessons for a few months, but they were not inclined to study on th...

I'm so tired of having a total creative block. Do these suck or should I keep beating the crap out of them?

The Icewind Dale trilogy is amazing and I highly recommend reading it. I'm a huge Salvatore fan and have a box filled with autographed copies. =)

D&D (Forgotten Realms, Dragonlance) are just settings. If the book is good, the book is good and that's all there is to it!! =)

Domain name registration -- reviews and referrals?

Anyone have a good domain name company to recommend? Cost isn't as important as good customer service quality and ease-of-use / features. I've used a few in the past, and so far I have been very happy with No-Ip.com's services. They cost a little more than other places, but their service has been ou...

I have only thought of the circumstances that would justify why I, personally, might consider facing such a thing. Being prepared ...
