1st single player game i played in like 5 years, and actually have as much fun as multiplayer. Last game i played 5 years ago offline was...gasp...half life 1.

Guess valve knows how to do it right :)

there is a gaming keyboard which glows pretty nicely

don't remember the name, but i think there was a review of gaming keyboards on tomshardware, so you can find it there.

extremely well optimised...i am running css at 1024x768 with everything set to max detail, even all reflections, and on top of that have 16x aniso and 4x fsaa enabled, and still get over 100 fps wtih drops to 60-70 fps. Looks freakign incredible, better than doom3 imo.

looks good to me, make sure u pick some good quality RAM. Dunno if you need 2GB, but a 2 x 512 MB set would work fine.

there is a solution alright...bluesomething keysomething :)) generates something with xxx-640-xxxx and u'l be fine...anything with xxx-641 through 649-xxxxxxxxxxx won't work.

forget about software...there is only two applications that are usable (sagetv is one)...anything else is crap.

it's about hardware, and hauppage makes some of the best for the price.

what motherboard u got? if you are absolutely positive that u hooked everything up right, then check the BIOS out.. on my ic7 and now on my ic7-max3 there is a hard drive booting priority setting, which allows me to pick a main hard drive...basically i had the same setup as u, one master with OS ins...

hauppage (spelling?) makes some very nice tv/fm tuner cards, but they r expensive. I'd go for leadtek as the cheaper solution.

I run it in d3d and have no problems with cat4.4 drivers. Haven't had a chance to install 4.5 yet. Umm, ut2004 runs better in d3d than ogl on ati cards, you can try opengl, but i'd stick to d3d.

sorry, don't know what to recommend on how to fix it ;/

well as far as i know, there is only one order to delete the partitions with fdisk, it simply won't let u do it any otehr way....first go the logical drives, then the extended partition, then the primary partition. I don't know why the partitions still show up, don't have much experiene with compaqs...
