XMP is usually a safe goal to aim for to get the most out of a CPU/memory combo. It can produce a pretty significant performance uplift in some cases, just need to watch out for the BIOS doing stupid stuff mostly around voltages. Maybe, but not only was fusion less powerful, but most of the d2 robots had more hp too, so even 60 power fusion isn't as dominating as it was in d1.
