This just recently happened and now I can't play Descent!

Post by SoulRunner »

A few minutes ago I went to play an online game and this happened:

Image

I closed the D3 level editor and then things worked fine.(only thing I could think of because it is descent related)

Now, whenever I try to:
A)Start a Server
B)Play a Multiplayer Game
C)Play a single player game
D)Start Descent

That message appears.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Ok, I fixed that problem., but I found a new one. Now when I go online I get an error saying that TCP/IP is not enabled on my system.

Either open up task manager and kill every instance of \"main.exe\" you can find, or reboot and it should be fixed.

FYI, both errors are caused by Descent3 processes (\"main.exe\") left running.
