What are you all talking about? Humans can be infested with very long tapeworms that love to live in the intestines. At least that fish doesn't seem to cause suffering to the host like tapeworms do to humans. And tapeworms have a head that looks like this, with hooked teeth. EEEEEEEEEEEEEK!
