I never could stand Instareap... I was one of the people who thought the Mass Driver was a hair too powerful from the onset (though I never voiced my opinion on the matter too much), and turning it into an instant-kill weapon certainly didn't change my opinion. At least when I get plastered by Fusion or just about any other weapon in the game, I know it took more than a point-click kind of twitch from my opponent.
On the other hand, I do enjoy a good game of Frag Tag. It's even more fun in Shaker Pro levels because you don't necessarily know when your opponent is going to allow himself/herself to get hit so that you get smacked by the live Shaker that's already loose. [Voted for Frag Tag.]
Voting for Extreme Teams was tempting. I've always enjoyed the effect that friendly fire can have on most team-based games. The thing is, I think that friendly fire is something that should just have been an option with Team Anarchy (CTF, Entropy, Monsterball, etc.) from the beginning, so Extreme Teams was more of a [very important] gap-filler to me than a MOD.
I should qualify my vote with this... I've not had access to a computer capable of playing D3 for a while now, so I've not been able to try Descentrix or Strycken, so they could be my favorites and I just don't know it yet.
Oh... You also forgot to put Assault on that list. I would also have been very tempted to vote for Assault, but it's got the same pitfall as Entropy, that being that you need fairly large teams to really get things going and a good chunk of time set aside in order to play a round from beginning to end.
