Need some testing done before public release

Well, it's almost time to launch the first release of DEEP Space.
Before I do I'd like some people to test the executables on their computers, to check that I don't have any absolute file references, and that the executables exported properly.

If you can do some testing for me, I would be most glad.
If possible provide:
OS type, version (eg Windows 98 or Ubuntu 10.04)
PC's ram and processor if it ran at a low FPS
Anything else you think relevant.
Comments on game-play, mechanics, things like that are also good.

Windows executable
Linux executable
Data Files - These will have a little more done to them before the release.

Known issues:
- Killed enemies may turn into.....cubes!

At this stage there are very few enemies in the data, so don't expect more than 5min of playing before you're bored!

DEEP space.blend is missing. I did a search and it's not in the file.

Did you download the data files? It's in two parts. I think I'll get rid of this soon, and just package them together. I'll check I put everything in in a minute.
also, deep space the executable should end up in the same folder as Deep space.blend

Right, made both files available on the sourceforge page.

Threw in a few more enemies, and a proper main menu! Still a bit lacking in the game-play time.

School's out, so I did a test-run of this game. Ran great! I'll give feedback in a bit
