I work for Northwest Airlines and the last thing we want to do is mess with our customer base - or what little we have left in this market of low fare carriers. We anounced today that the flyer miles will not be touched in any way.

I did 16 hours today - Midnight to 8am and then 3pm to midnight tonite :( obviously in the medical field.no? North West Airlines - they never close :P What do you do for NWA? Not sure that will work, you may need to change the attributes manually or make yourself a member of root and have root as your primary group. sh will work then without useing su first also :)

That is odd. If it was working before he does have the right kernel. I wonder if he needs to run as root in order to use the stick. seems he used the su command to install the patch which may have changed some of the file attrubutes on him.

yea, samba is the best way for a small business - it has unlimited connections. The limit is based on your hardware linits. You can download mandrake linux for free and use the webmin utillity to create the share, it works great and its easy.

I certainly can't. While I belive the government should be held accountable for there actions when they screw up. At work as soon as I see that proggy I boot up with knoppix, back up all the data and do a re-image. It is much faster than trying to repaire the system. They and those programs like them keep me employed.
