Thanks, Im going to try that, :!: OK, Another dumb question:  I just built a machine for a friend who hasn't picked it up yet, so it's sitting here. I installed D3 on it. Yeah, I think I heard that, so I may TRY more.
I have an optical trackball, which I LOVE for everyday work, I'm not sure if it adds to lag or jitteriness in gameplay. . .

If anyone is looking for a pointing device, these things are FANTASTIC.

Wing Man Attack 2
I took apart my attack2 because it was too jittery at middle stick. It didn't really look like anything I could fix, so I had a funeral and didn't put it together. I guess I'll get an Attack3 or something. Tried Mousing: too hard. I want to get better control so I can start to fry some of you all in...

I DO appreciate the input; unfortunately the order had to be placed quickly, so I couldn't get full feedback or permission from Y'all :P before doing it. 'The Dad' was willing to pay and only a few hours to make an order. The machine is going to be fine. Mine is great for my needs and not even as go...

Amazon shipping scams / buying Descent CD
So I go on Amazon to buy a Descent3 CD. It says: Descent3 CD new (etc.) $1.05 so I'm like: cool! I'll get like four, but I wonder how much shipping will be? so Amazon screens says like: $4.20 plus estimated shipping "shown below". Problem: there is NO shipping estimated, mentioned, or clic...

Help!, I think I am going to walk a friend through building a machine (He is heading off to college soon). I want to essentially just build mine again, but that would be silly since I built mine a year ago, and I'm sure stuff is a little better now. I'll post my specs (so you can see the medium/aver...

I need to buy some SD cards for a video project and I'm debating which company to buy from. What company do you like and WHY specifically. Contenders: PNY Kingston Kingmax Lexar Crucial SanDisk Ridata Corsair etc. Some people here seem to love corsair, so I was considering this one: www.newegg.com/P...

I agree big time It wouldnâ??t be a bad idea to write out the history of descent with every lawsuit they dealt with including the complicated events, that brought the rise and fall of this great game. Start off explaining how it should have become a giant, like Final Fantasy, GTA, Quake, and Doom, t...

Bettina, Its not that we donâ??t like you. We both appreciate that you are a fairly skilled pilot. Wrong, she's an awesome pilot. She has asked politely so she can turn up her speakers, enjoy the game to it's fullest and not be mortified when "@#$@#&^% piece of &^%&#%$" comes ...

I want to take like a 100 frames and make an AVI or mpg. I know how to make a motion GIF in photoshop, but it's tedious.

Hi Bettina! I miss your laser on my hide in the mines. . . Rods may work if they are science based, not paranormal based. Maybe they had very strong magnets on the ends, although I kind of doubt it, as a good digital sensor probly would be more sensitive. Dowsing is a fairly disproven idea. One of m...

t know both states as soon as you know one. As of yet, there is no way to actually impose one state over another in order to yield useful communication.
