Hey all,
I'm looking for something to lock down a machine, kind of like a parental thing, during certain times of the day and week.
Anything out there anyone recommends? Free or cheap?
Thanks in advance.

Good job, I like! Agreed with DCrazy on some of the quality stuff. My suggestion would be to introduce multiple vocals to give it some more depth. Not sure if I'm using the right wording, so for example - the way many of Sting's songs have various vocal renditions tied together, etc. More like the p...

Descent Forever
*shameless cross post* Feel free to delete/move/etc if necessary. I was planning on writing a compliation of D1 midi, D2 midi + CD tracks and D3 music into one giant, sweet mix. I wasn't able to finish it because I lost all of my working files in a hard crash months ago. This is only about 1/2 of wh...

Re: How/When did you decide your job/life aspiration?
At what point in your life did you decide you wanted to be a web developer ? What is it that you wanted to become? I wanted to be a commercial/graphic artist, which also translated into a 3D modeler/animator. However, working on the Descent Ranger's website (yeah, yeah, hasn't been updated for year...

Verran, I'm really curious about those books. I've seen them everywhere and I always try to pick up a vibe from them by reading the blurb or a couple of pages, but I'm still pretty clueless. Can you clue me in on the appeal and overall story? Sure thing BigSlide! The series is mostly about a dark e...

Hey Sup. I don't use the GenX, actually, for the exact reason that it isn't short and tight like the 3D Pro. I've got it as a backup in case I run out of my supply of 3D Pros. ;) Main thing is that it works well as an alternative and is easy to setup. I tested the Cyborg when it first came out. It s...

We miss you Sup :) come back!! Bring Sickone with ya, we miss him too :) And Buef! As far a joysticks go, I've tested a bunch for compatibility with 95/98/NT/2K/XP and D1/2/3 and so far the 3D Pro rox (STFU Mob). The only other I found to be a great alternative is the GenX 500 by Quickshot . It can ...

I did the same thing with moving to a router. It worked for awhile without reassigning the MAC address, but shortly after disconnects became commonplace. I called up support and the techie gave me a URL which resets the MAC setup automagically. I don't have it anymore, but if you talk to the right s...

Remember, it's Batman 'Begins'. The bat mobile and other items are going to be prelude versions as Bruce progresses towards becoming the caped crusader. The bat mobile in the pics could be dragster he's reforming into the very first version, etc. Christian Bale is one of my fav. actors.. I have a go...
