I actually find it easier to just copy the contents of the folder in the zip file to my root descent directory. I've taken the liberty of uploading my configuration file for d2x rebirth. I dled your linked zip file and copied the demos into my descent2\\demos folder.. and fired up D2X-XL but when i tried to view the demos. i got an error message saying "Cannot play demo as file contains corrupt data" I might post a bug report to D2X-XL.... Probably if you had paid attenti...
