I would class The Who as punk at the start.. becuase their image fitted the "★■◆● you" thing. The Ramones kinda got it rolling, imo. There were a few bands that really started but never got known before the Ramones tho! Insomniac was a fntastic album! Also, for those of you that love Tre's...
