Tired of paying good money for head phones I cut then glued earplugs onto cheap earbuds. The end result looks and works well!

What did you use to cut the holes and stuff?

(I have a mental image of a drill press and some very careful work...)

After tapping a nail with a hammer for a \"starter hole\" a round wood file widens the hole.

So in eh? Explains a few things... I guess it was easier to hold them with the ears which leaves both hands free. Nostrils would have worked too.
