Network monitoring tools

Hey all, haven't been here in a while. Just wondering if anyone knows of some good monitoring tools. I'm looking for something for windows that's like linux's IpTraf, ipdump, and MRTG. Everything I've found seems too complex and irrevelant. It doesn't have to be free, I'm willing to shell out some dough. Please let me know if you have anything you use that might be useful.
