If you watch the video, she turned her front wheels to steer away from the agent standing in front of her car and she never touched him. He pulled his gun and illegally shot her in the face and killed her. There will be no justice even if that agent violated the law with the unlawful use of deadly force in this case. The local authorities have been blocked from any investigations by the FBI, conveniently. Trump, Vance and Noem are all calling this woman a domestic terrorist. Welcome to Nazi America, where if you protest against the government, you are a terrorist and can be shot dead without due process.

You can see every angle from that shooting. It was murder. The guy was legally carrying and exercising his 2A rights. He was a VA nurse. His gun was not in his hand.
