Anyone got those fake homeland security alert graphics?

A while before the PHP switch over, there was a thread with fake Homeland Security color alerts. One had the colors mixed up(red, yellow), one was made out of otter pops, and other odd ball stuff like that. The thread seems to have been deleted from the archives durign the switch, has anyone got a link to the graphics?

I am also looking for the thread with Chinese Proverbs (such as "man who stand on toilet is high on pot"). Anyone has that?
