the show is full of those funny little points.
TBH the all glory to the dead hypno-horse got beaten to a pulp pretty fast though.
(ps: afaik 100 cups of coffee is past the LD50 dose of caffeine.)
did anyone else feel that something weird happened with season 5 though? It seemed to me that they were basing them on all horrible Futurama fanfiction.

on local TV here it was after a long break of no futurama, then suddenly there was "new futurama". but it was weird and horrible.
in hindsight it might have been because they were written to be movies (and we were watching them as broken up episodes).
movies based on series, tend to be so very different to the series.

The movies-but-really-episodes-spliced-together were disappointing, but it picks up once they start doing regular episodes again.
