... alive and kicking.

Been busy with real life lately. Was unemployed for 80 to 90 days which put me behind on all my bills.

Currently working at WalMart of all places while looking for a new job writing computer software. 8 months as of today at WalMart working as a Photo Lab Associate.

Just moved to a new place this month from a place that was overcharging me for their place.

No internet since November 2014... Have to go to places with Free Internet for the time being until I can get internet back at my place. My income is a bit low but after moving to the new place, I'm looking to add the internet back soon.

Lost my Windows Phone cell phone usage due to the bill being way overdue around December 1, 2014. Fixed that a few months back with a temporary phone for a couple of months then switched back to a Windows Phone using WalMart's Family Mobile Plan. (T-Mobile)

I write Windows Software so the Windows Phone was chosen so that I could write Windows Phone Software. Have a couple of unpublished Windows Phone applications that are 2 different versions of a Code Project application that I did for fun. In the future, plan to release those for free.

Blurred out screenshots for my Windows Phone 8 Game "Puzzle Square"... It has been redone on the layout using Microsoft Blend for Microsoft Visual Studio 2012:

Looks like the Descent Community is still alive an kicking which is a wonderful thing to see.

Looking forward to Descent: Underground

Hope that you are all doing well in life.

I am on Facebook for those that wish to contact me.

Sincerely,
Bill "SirWinner" Goodhead

Been while since I last posted here. Good seeing you again SW. Don't feel too bad life and be thankful you have a job. I have come across many with Bachelors and Masters degree down on their luck.

I just recently heard about Descent: Underground. But I'm at a point I don't have the time or the patience for games right now. I even killed my YouTube account a while ago since I got tired of it all.

I sent you a friends request on FB. Add me if you want.

Facebook requests accepted.

The job market seems a bit hard lately.

Over 37 years experience (Computer Programmer) and having a tough time looking at the present time... I will figure something out soon.

Always great to visit the Descent Bulletin Board. (DBB)

:P

As a software engineer who has worked in OKC, I can tell you that the previous suggestion of moving (to a place with more development jobs) has some merit.

New job as a Computer Programmer / Systems Analyst starts on Monday, June 15, 2015 in Norman, Oklahoma.

About a 50 to 52 mile round trip for me.

Excited about the new opportunity!
