Customizable Mouse - Big sized

Right now I love my logitech MX1000 mouse, but it's not nearly as customizable as I'd like. I'd like the mouse to be able to do macros with a button and be able to designate different functions based on the program that is opened. I also need a big sized mouse like the MX1000... anyone know of any?
